ASTRAL SPINAL ATTUNEMENT

This is the Angelic Astral Spinal Attunement that my Angelic Guidance gave me on the Astral Healing Plane, many years ago. I have used it successfully hundreds of times and teach this technique to all of my students.

As the name implies, the Angelic Astral Spinal Attunement eases backache, whether it is chronic or caused by over-worked muscles or stress.

With your client standing in an upright position, lying face down or sitting with his/her arms at the sides, place one hand across the person's back just below the shoulder blades at approximately bra-strap level.

Have the person take a deep breath through the nose and hold it while you place your index and middle fingers in the middle of your other hand on the vein that runs from the middle finger to the wrist. (See illustration below.)

Hold this position for 5 to 10 seconds, then release your contact as your client also releases his/her breath through the mouth.

In severe cases, you can place your hands on the other two meridians (shoulders and lower back) working downward while repeating the steps above.

Metaphysically speaking, when you employ the five elements of Spirit, Water, Earth, Fire, and Air, you are connecting them to the physical plane, which opens up the person's channels for receiving a healing. (See illustration below.)
