Air is Prana. Prana regulates the health of the Physical Form and enables us to expand our Higher Awareness. Prana is Energy and Energy is the expression of Divine Consciousness in the physical world. Prana is the Life Force that makes our Healing Energy effective. Prana is the Energy that allows us to tune into the Divine.

Air allows us the luxury of being able to think before we speak, before we act.
Air is the element which enables us to open or close our minds as we choose.
Air is the element of Expansion that allows us to reach into the Unknown. It allows us to connect our personal experience to the Universal and Mystical Mind.
