Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated with crystals.  My father traveled a lot and would bring me little gifts on his return home.  In addition to china tea sets, he would often present me with little pieces of stones and minerals glued to cards which explained what they were and where they are found.  I loved those little pieces of rocks so much that I would painstakingly remove them from their perches.  Then I would give them to my friends and neighbors who were sad or ill.  The stones would always uplift them.  To this day I really don't know if it was the stones working their magic or the little gift from a little girl.  But ever since, I have remained true to the Mineral Kingdom and its myriad of Healing Crystals.

When most people talk about crystals, they are usually referring to Clear Quartz.  This is the most common and well known crystal.  Generally speaking, Clear Quartz can be used for all purposes as it vibrates the clear White Light which contains all other colors. Quartz is composed of silicon dioxide which is one of the earth's most common mineral compounds.  The human body is largely composed of silicon dioxide. 

Clear Quartz crystals have the ability to convert one form of energy to another while vibrating at a very accurate rate.  This peculiar property of the quartz crystal matrix makes it ideal for use in electronic devices requiring precise control of the vibrations of sound waves, electrical current, light, and other forms of energy.

Quartz crystals assert beneficial influences of our lives through their natural calming effect and through the "energy" they project.  The Clear Quartz one attracts into one's life are stones that in some way will facilitate that particular person's growth of awareness. To unawakened minds, they work subliminally through the subconscious.  For the aware souls, crystals will add more Light and positive energy to be used in their lives and integrated onto the earth.

Quartz crystal represents the material plane of evolution.  The six sides of the crystal symbolize the six Chakras with the termination (point) being the Crown Chakra: that which connects us to the the infinite. Most quartz crystals have a flat base; their roots to the earth.  Quartz crystals are often cloudy or milky at the base and gain more clarity as they reach the terminated peak.  This symbolizes the growth pattern in which the cloudiness and dullness of consciousness is cleared as we grow closer to the point of union with our infinite self.

Clear Quartz crystals demonstrate perfected material form, aligned and harmonized with the cosmic force.  They are like the pyramids in that they channel high frequency energy onto the physical earth plane.  They reflect pure White Light and stimulate the finer, more subtle realms of our being which can then be integrated and manifested into our lives.

Clear Quartz shows us that the material plane can and does reach a state of physical perfection capable of containing and reflecting Divine White Light.  These crystals are a symbol of coming into alignment with cosmic harmony and demonstrate purity and unity in every molecule and atom of their being.  Clear Quartz radiates with Divine White Light and by seeing, touching, wearing, or meditating with them, one can actually work with that Light in a physical form.

Quartz crystals are unique and unlike any other, each with its own personality, lessons and experiences.  Their purpose is to unite us with the Cosmic Consciousness and to manifest that on the material plane.

Clear Quartz crystal has the remarkable ability to vibrate its energy at all of the color frequencies and demonstrate how to manifest the clarity and purity of White Light into denser and lower frequencies.

This ability to be multi-colorful can teach us how to vibrate all of our seven Chakra centers simultaneously while maintaining perfect alignment with the Light.  This is the ultimate challenge of being in a physical form; to fully utilize all creative centers while consciously expressing the multi-faceted use of Light.  As the healing essence of  Clear Quartz vibrates the soul of humanity, vast horizons of hope and joy appear.

Small crystals can be carried in the pocket or purse or worn as jewelry. Larger ones, especially clusters, can be displayed close to a work place, by a bedside, or anywhere else the calming effect is wanted.
